I found this to be a very interesting piece of military blog. It was authored by a former 1SG of mine. He has a great plan for how deployments should work in the military. It calls for longer deployments of units...and normal rotations for individual soldiers. It is a very interesting yet controversial article. Please do not pass judgment prior to reading.
